1. Terms Acceptance

By signing up for or using A1Asset AI Studio (the "Service"), provided by A1Asset AI, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree to use A1Asset AI Studio only for lawful development purposes. You must not:

• Deploy nodes or code blocks designed to bypass safety filters of routed LLMs.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or execute loops that deliberately exhaust computed limits.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile the A1Asset AI Studio frontend, logic compiler, or backend framework.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or coordinate illicit activities.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, generated API keys, and workspace secrets. Any actions taken through your account or using your active API credentials are considered your responsibility. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of assets is split transparently:

• Your Content & Outputs: You own all source code, models, weights, data schemas, and assets that you input into the canvas, and all resulting code outputs synthesized by the models via your workflows. We claim no ownership or licensing rights over your outputs.
• The Service: A1Asset AI, Inc. owns all rights, titles, and interests in the A1Asset AI Studio platform, logo, trademarks, proprietary canvas compiler, code structure, and design assets.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees for paid developer tiers are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as described during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our billing guidelines.

6. Liability & Uptime

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. A1Asset AI, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, model availability, or correctness of generated code outputs. Under no circumstances will A1Asset AI, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
