At A1Asset AI, Inc., we prioritize the security and confidentiality of the code, data, and workspace setups you build in A1Asset AI Studio. This policy describes how we collect, process, and safeguard information when you use our services.

2. Data Collection

To power your interactive canvas and manage nodes, we collect specific technical metadata:

• Account Credentials: Basic sign-in details such as email addresses and user profile data.
• Session Metadata: Node structure configuration, canvas arrangements, and API workflow setups.
• Telemetry & Usage: Execution duration, token counters, error logs, and performance metrics inside the Studio.
• API Keys: Third-party keys you save for custom node execution (encrypted and isolated in vault storage).

3. Information Usage

We use collected information solely for operating and improving A1Asset AI Studio:

• Providing real-time live model streams on the canvas.
• Routing token transactions and computing telemetry.
• Securing API keys to fetch external model inputs.
• Resolving performance issues and optimizing execution pathways.

We have a strict zero-retention policy for raw model prompts, canvas inputs, and synthesized code outputs. We do not use your proprietary assets or workspace code to train models.

4. Data Protection

We implement enterprise-grade security standards. All active compute sessions are executed in isolated, sandboxed environments. In-transit traffic is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption. Secret values (such as API tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 before storage.

5. Data Retention

Account profiles and billing records are stored for the lifetime of your active subscription. Operational logs, telemetry, and debugging metrics are automatically aggregated and cleaned after 30 days. Epheremal VM files and sandbox data are deleted immediately after execution terminates.

6. Developer Rights

You retain complete control over your workspace, custom node configurations, and API credentials. You can view, export, or delete your credentials, workspace histories, and personal data at any time via the Account Dashboard or by contacting support at support@a1asset.ai.
